Welcome to Les Voltes, a fully refurbished country home that offers an unbeatable combination of style, charm, and character. Located in a hilltop wine village in off-the-beaten-track Catalonia, just 1 hour from Barcelona, this historic home boasts a delightful rooftop terrace and a harmonious blend of modern conveniences and timeless appeal.
The house sits atop two arches dating from at least the 14th century. Our goal when renovating was to create a space where we ourselves would like to live and to do justice to this wonderful piece of history. We have gone even further and are now certified as a sustainable holiday home.
The home can be rented out in three beautifuly restored formats: a 2-bedroom apartment (sleeps 4), a 4-bedroom apartment (sleeps 6), or the full house (sleeps 10). Each option comes with exclusive use of the rooftop chillout area and terraces.
Les Voltes offers a home from home, a place where you can relax and forget about the hustle and bustle of everyday life. But don’t worry, we’re also conveniently close to plenty of exciting adventures to explore.
Les Voltes is located in a culturally rich area dotted with wine cathedrals, monasteries, castles, and medieval villages and just 30 minutes from Tarragona, Reus, Port Aventura, and the coastal villages of Costa Dorada. Nature lovers can explore endless hiking trails and hillwalks, or hop on one of our e-mountain bikes to explore the area. The Catalan stretch of the Camino de Santiago passes right under the arches of our house. Check out our growing blog for more information.

For the planet! Les Voltes already donates part of its income to nature-
based carbon avoidance projects around the world. For each direct booking received, we will also plant 25 trees. By booking direct, you’ll also get a better price, have access to special deals, and be showing some love to a small rural business deeply invested in its local community.

You'll have access to our flexible cancellation policy, which allows you to modify or cancel your reservation with ease.
Both! Les Voltes is a 4-storey home located at the top of Barberà de la Conca. From June 2024 onwards, the home can be rented out in three formats: an 80-m2 2-bedroom apartment located on the first floor, an 80-m2 3-bedroom apartment located on the second floor, and the full house (both apartments). All options come with exclusive use of an 80-m2 chillout area with terraces and an office located on the third floor.
Les Voltes itself does not have a pool, but our guests have free access to the village pool during the summer months (normally from June 24th to September 11th).
No, you have to book an entire apartment or the full house. We have a sliding rate for the downstairs apartment to make it affordable for 1-2 people.
Our house rules are simple. We’ve created a home from home, so we ask that people treat it as they would treat their own home. Our specific requests: smoke only in outside areas, be respectful of neighbors and be kind to the environment (turn off heating/air-con if you open the windows, use eco-settings on appliances, recycle…)
Unfortunately not. Our dream is to one day have a second apartment tailor-designed for pets, but Les Voltes is just not suitable.
Our cancellation policy is very flexible. You can cancel up to 5 days before your stay with a full refund (of what you paid minus any payment fees we might have incurred).
Check-in is 16:00 and check-out is 11:00. Check with us if you would like to check in earlier or check out later and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
